We can serve up to 300 guests. Service duration depends on your event schedule and the package you choose. We adjust our setup and staffing to keep service efficient and smooth for your guest flow.

Our setup includes professional baristas, espresso machine, grinders, a complete water system, and all necessary supplies. We also provide cups, lids, napkins, and straws, and handle setup, service, and cleanup from start to finish.

We need access to the event space 75–90 minutes before service begins, a level 6×6 foot area for the cart that is handicap accessible, and one on-site contact for coordination. We’ll handle all placement and timing with your venue or planner in advance.

We provide our own water system, so no external water connection is required. We do need one dedicated 15-amp, 120-volt outlet to power our espresso machines and equipment.

We serve events throughout Los Angeles County and Orange County. If your event is within these areas, we’ll bring the cart directly to your location.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll confirm availability and next steps as soon as possible.

We can customize the menu and drink options to fit your event. While we don’t provide custom branding, we’re happy to incorporate client-supplied items such as stickers, signage, or other branded materials into our setup.
