We understand plans change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Here’s how our cancellation refunds work:

• 31+ days before the event: Full refund
• 15–30 days before: 50% refunded
• 0–15 days before: No refund

Note: Custom items (e.g. branded materials) already purchased are non-refundable.
